SUGGESTED USE: Lemongrass is also known as Citronella or Lemon Grass. It has a strong lemon aroma, with a slight herbal and spicy undertone. The flavor is similar to lemon, fresh and citrusy, and is widely used in Asian cuisine (Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam) as an ingredient in sauces and soups.
