INGREDIENTS: Organic Wild Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).

ORIGIN: Italy - Sicily - Partinico (PA).

SUGGESTED USE: Used to flavor fish dishes, tomato salads, fava bean purée, sausage, and baked goods such as bread, ciabatta, and cookies. Fennel is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine; the leaves are a key ingredient in the typical Palermo recipe “Bucatini con le sarde.”
