SHIPPING COSTS FOR ITALY

The rate is automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected products, according to the following price list:

- Weight under 3 kg: €10

- Weight over 3 kg: €15

Disadvantaged locations in Italy:

- Weight under 3 kg: €25

- Weight over 3 kg: €40

EUROPE ZONE 1 - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden:

- Weight from 0 to 5 kg: €20

- Weight from 5 to 15 kg: €40

- Weight from 15 to 30 kg: €65

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

Service Overview

Products purchased on the website are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Shipments will be made after payment confirmation; for bank transfers, the credit to our account is valid; for credit card payments, the transaction confirmation from the credit card company is valid.

For each order placed by the Customer, Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola issues and sends an invoice or receipt for all items.

The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Goods are shipped via professional transport companies or the national postal service; this is at the recipient's risk.

Delivery Times

15 days from the date of order confirmation, with a 15-day grace period due to the fact that they are handcrafted items. These may be subject to change due to force majeure, traffic and road conditions in general, or by order of the authorities. Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods by professional transport companies.

Instructions for Correct Delivery Pickup

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier or postal service, the Customer is required to check:

• that the delivered goods correspond to those ordered;

• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape).

Any external damage or discrepancies in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery by marking "withdrawal with reservation" on the accompanying document. Confirmation must be sent by email to Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola (info@oliobonomo.com) within 48 hours of receiving the package, so that a review and possible compensation can be initiated. In compliance with Article 10 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of November 21, 2005, the compensation limit will be €1 per kg for domestic shipments.

In the specific case of a damaged package, please write "I accept delivery with reservation because the package is damaged."

Failure to collect

If you fail to collect the goods held at the courier or post office warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled. In this case, and in all cases in which the goods cannot be delivered to the Customer for reasons not attributable to errors or omissions on the part of Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola or the carrier to whom the goods have been entrusted, the order will be automatically cancelled and Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola will refund the Customer the amount paid, reduced by the amount of all expenses incurred up to that point.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number on the order form to Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty, except as indicated in the following paragraph.

PLEASE NOTE: To exercise this right, the customer must send Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola a written notification within 10 working days of receiving the goods. This notification must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to: BONOMO – SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA – Via Nicolosi, 35 – 90047 Partinico (PA), or by telegram or fax, always sent within the aforementioned 10-day period, and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, MUST be sent within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, our Customer Service will promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be done within the following 48 hours.

The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:

The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box.

By law, shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping until receipt is confirmed at our warehouse.

If the goods are damaged during transport, Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola will notify the customer (within 5 days of receiving the goods at its warehouse) to allow them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola will refund the customer the amount already paid, less the costs incurred for processing and shipping the order, as well as for collection and refund. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the refund will be made via bank transfer within 14 days of the return of the goods. The customer is responsible for promptly providing the bank details for the refund (IBAN of the invoice holder).

The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is not met, in cases where Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola finds:

the original external packaging and/or internal packaging is missing;

the product's integral parts are missing;

damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

If the right of withdrawal lapses, Bonomo – Società Cooperativa Agricola will return the purchased item to the sender, subject to payment of shipping costs. Cancellations will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery. Complaints will not be accepted after 8 days from receipt of the goods.
