COLOURS: Brilliant green colour with light golden reflections.
FLAVOURS: Fresh field herbs, tistle and green tomato.
TASTE: Slightly spicy, it stretches with an exclusive bitter note and light aftertaste of artichoke heart.
FRUITINESS: Medium.
RECOMMENDED USE: Soups and typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, minestrone, legumes, cooked vegetables, grilled meat and fish.
